At Quilt in a Day, we want you to be completely satisfied with your quilting supplies and patterns. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unopened condition; please note that cut fabric yardage and digital patterns are non-returnable unless defective.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
